PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT

GESI’s knowledgeable and experienced staff have performed a variety of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties.  Our Phase I ESAs are  designed to meet the specific needs of ours clients and meet or exceed the Environmental Protection Agency – All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) and Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments as outlined in the ASTM E1527-13.  The ESA process involves a comprehensive collection and review of current and historical property information by a qualified environmental professional to identify recognized environmental conditions (REC’s, HREC’s, CREC’s) that may affect the environmental condition of the property.
